missing calibration

photoshop tut

The photoshop tutorial that decided to show the class was a tutorial that was making a movie poster. The movie poster used layer masks and layers so it was non destructive. The skills I got from this tutorial was the was the using layer masks and adjustment layers. Another skill was using lots of images in one final image.

final screen calibration

The final screen calibration was taken using a different computer as the previous two results, looking at the graph get the idea that it was a good calibration because all the colours are close together and the line in the graph is quite straight. This was also helped because the brightness was set on pretty much exactly 120

These was the results of my 1st calibration. I think the calibration was a successful one because the lines in the grid are basically from corner to corner. It will be interesting to see how the results change when the calibration is done regularly.
